Changed your mind? No problem! If you cancel your order within 48 hours of purchase, you’re eligible for a 100% refund. Just contact us right away, and we’ll take care of it!


Refund Requests After 48 Hours

If more than 48 hours have passed, your order is likely being prepared for customs and shipment. At this stage, a full refund is no longer available.


Partial Refund for Late Applications

Refund requests submitted after the 48-hour window may qualify for a partial refund of up to 80% of the total amount. This deduction covers costs already incurred for processing or shipping preparations.


No Refund After Shipment

Once your product has shipped and you’ve received your tracking information, we can no longer process a refund.


Customs and Insurance Coverage

Rest assured, all of our products are fully insured. If your package is detained or not cleared by customs, we’ll provide you with a full refund.


Wrong Address or Delivery Issues

Make sure your address details are correct at checkout! If a delivery failure occurs due to an incorrect address or an issue directly caused by the customer, any re-delivery costs will be charged to the customer.
