Do you offer a Cash-on-Delivery (COD) payment option?
Unfortunately, we do not offer a Cash-on-Delivery (COD) payment option at this time. To complete your purchase, please follow these simple steps for online payment:

If the item is not in stock after placing the order
If an item is unavailable after you’ve placed your order, here’s what you need to know:
Item Restocking: Restocking usually takes 3-7 business days. We recommend waiting during this time for your order to process.
Item Out of Stock: If the item is completely out of stock, you can choose a replacement from our website or request a refund.

What's the shipping policy?
Free shipping is available in the United States and most of Europe.
Countries that we can ship with DDP (Delivery duty paid) Method, it doesn’t request you do customs clearance and no duties for you.
- USA – UPS Express (except Alaska and Hawaii)
- UK – Local DPD Express
- Europe – UPS Express/ DPD Express/ DHL Express
Country lists of Europe DDP Method: Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Poland, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Austria, France, Italy, Hungary, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Greece, Ireland, Portugal, Spain.
Shipments to European countries except UK will be cleared in Germany and shipped to other European countries from Germany.

For now, customs duties only apply in Canada and Denmar and Norway.

Once your payment is confirmed, most orders ship out within 48 hours. On rare occasions, if the item is out of stock, our team will contact you with the estimated dispatch time and alternative solutions. Expect your order to reach you quickly and reliably!

How to Return a Product
Returning a product to geekvapor.com is simple! Here’s what you need to know:
Return Policy
You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
Your item must be in the same condition as you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Don’t forget your receipt or proof of purchase!
How to Start a Return
Contact our team at info@geekvapor.com to request a return. Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back. Please note, items returned without prior approval won’t be accepted.

Product Issue
If you’re experiencing an issue with your item, follow these two steps to get it resolved quickly:

Check the troubleshooting tips on our FAQ page. Most problems can be solved without needing to return the item. If the issue persists, we suggest asking a professional technician to confirm that the item is faulty and not being misused.

Our team will review your case and provide a solution, following our warranty policy. We’re here to help ensure you get the support you need!
If I can return the whole items in the order
We accept unconditional return for unopened and unused items within 15 days after receipt. However the return shipping fee is customers’ responsibility in such cases and it is nonrefundable. If the defective item is within our warranty timeframe, we also accept a return. In this case, we advise to only return the defective item to save return shipping fee. Before sending any item back, please contact our customer service to get more instruction at first.
If your package includes a missing, incorrect, or broken item, we’ve got you covered!
We accept returns for unopened, unused items within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note that return shipping costs will be your responsibility and are non-refundable.
For defective items under warranty, returns are accepted as well—but here’s a tip to save on return shipping fees: only send back the defective item!
